Bitron Ind Marketing
01 — User Agreement

Scope of Services & Strategic Partner Structure

This User Agreement governs your engagement with Bitron Ind Marketing France ("the Agency", "we", "us") for the marketing, strategy and analytics services described on this Site. By instructing the Agency, signing a proposal, or making a payment through the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

The Agency operates as a strategic partner rather than an on-demand vendor: engagements are structured as fixed, recurring monthly retainers, delivered by a dedicated core team supported, where relevant, by specialist sub-contractors working under the Agency's direct supervision and confidentiality obligations.

Services are provided on the basis of the scope agreed in writing prior to the start of an engagement. Any work requested outside that scope is treated as a separate, additionally quoted engagement and is not included in the standard monthly rate.

02 — Pricing

Service Packages & Pricing Policy

Engagements are billed as fixed monthly retainers rather than hourly fees, so that both parties can plan around a predictable, recurring cost. The table below reflects our standard rate card; bespoke combinations are quoted individually.

Service Description Rate
Brand Strategy Positioning, brand architecture and go-to-market strategy, reviewed and refreshed on a monthly cycle. € 2,400 / mo
Content & Copy Ongoing production of on-brand written content across the channels agreed in your scope of work. € 1,150 / mo
Paid Media Planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns; media spend is billed separately from this management fee. € 1,900 / mo
Analytics & Reporting Monthly performance reporting, dashboarding and recommendations across the engaged services. € 850 / mo

Rates shown are indicative and based on a standard three-month minimum engagement; the final rate for combined packages is confirmed in your individual proposal. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes and, where relevant, third-party media spend.

03 — Payments

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations via Stripe

All payments due under this Agreement are processed through Stripe, Inc., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified third-party payment processor. Card details are entered directly into Stripe's secure environment and are never stored on our servers.

Billing Cycle Monthly retainers are charged in advance, on the same calendar date each month, via the payment method registered with Stripe.
Failed Payments If a scheduled charge fails, Stripe will automatically retry it; services may be suspended if payment is not resolved within 7 days.
Cancellations Either party may terminate a monthly engagement by giving 30 days' written notice before the next billing date; services already invoiced remain payable.
Refunds Fees already paid for work performed are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued at our discretion, for the unused portion of a period, in the event of a duplicate charge or a failure by the Agency to deliver the agreed services.
Disputes & Chargebacks We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank; most billing concerns can be resolved directly and more quickly this way.
04 — Your Data

Privacy Requests & Data Subject Rights

In the course of delivering the services described above, the Agency may process personal data belonging to you or to individuals within your organisation, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You retain the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a portable copy of the data you have provided to us. These rights may be exercised at any time by writing to [email protected] or via our Contact page.

Full details on the categories of data collected, the legal bases relied upon, and the retention periods applied are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

05 — Legal

General Provisions

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all strategy documents, creative concepts and reporting frameworks produced by the Agency remain its intellectual property until full payment for the corresponding engagement has been received, at which point a licence to use the delivered materials is granted to you for your own business purposes.

Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, financial or technical information disclosed in connection with the engagement.
Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, the Agency's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim over the preceding three months.
Force Majeure Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control.
Amendments Bitron Ind Marketing France may update this Agreement from time to time; continued use of the services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law This Agreement is governed by the laws of France, and any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.
